This wonderful series takes place in the modern world, but it is intertwined with Hindu legends and mythology. While I was reading this book, I could not stop laughing; it was so funny. Roshani Chokshi combines wonderful characters, a great plot, twists, and funny moments to make this book superb. When Aru Shah, the main character accidentally releases a powerful demon from captivity, she and her sisters must go on a quest to stop the demon.
I would rate this book 9.5 out of 10. It is perfect from kids 9-13 years old.
